The Oklahoma Cannabis Warning Labels are fully compliant with the current Approved Emergency Rules for SQ 788 (7/31/18) with Additional Approved Revisions (8/1/18 and 12/20/18), including 310:681-5-8.1(e)(5), 310:681-5-8.1(e)(6), 310:681-5-8.1(e)(7), 310:681-7-1(2), and 310:681-7-1(4).
The text of the label reads:
GOVERNMENT WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. WOMEN SHOULD NOT USE MARIJUANA OR MEDICAL MARIJUANA PRODUCTS DURING PREGNANCY BECAUSE OF THE RISK OF BIRTH DEFECTS OR WHILE BREASTFEEDING.
In the bottom right hand corner sits the Oklahoma uniform symbol, measuring 0.84 in. x 0.64 in. – again, fully compliant with current regulations! The label also includes a convenient space to input the product’s strain and weight information. Moreover, OK Cannabis Warning Labels are produced with a matte finish for a seamless writing surface.
